Who it is for

What Valkyrie does
- Structure: choice of instrument, articles of association, governance and documentation, with the issuer's legal and tax advisers.
- Tokenise: issue of shares, participation certificates or bonds as ledger-based securities (art. 973d CO), with Aktionariat.
- Establish a public price: primary market, then a supervised secondary market between holders, giving a visible reference price. It is not a stock exchange.
